Tuition and Fee Schedule

Current tuition and fees available in the preschool office.


Registration fees are due annually at time of enrollment.  Complete fees will be required for initial enrollment from August to July, pro-rated fees will be required for students entering May through July.


Tuition is based on a yearly fee and calculated on a 12 month – equal payment schedule.  While some months have fewer school days, the monthly fee stays the same as it is a yearly fee divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience.  Accounts of students who enter or withdraw after the first day of the school term or before the last of the term will be pro-rated to the day of action.

Please be advised the tuition charge for the first month of attendance (other than the actual start date of the school term) will be pro-rated and may or may not be equal to, more than, or less than, the monthly payment plan amount.

Yearly tuition is reviewed periodically and adjustments, if necessary, will be implemented with advance notice to all families. Payments are due “IN ADVANCE” on the first day of each month. There will be a $50.00 late fee for payments received after the 10th of the month.

Payment by check may be made in the preschool office during our regular office hours of 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Checks must be placed into a tuition envelope and all needed information must be completed. Tuition submitted with incomplete information will result in returned envelopes and a late payment fee will be charged. Cash payments may be made in the main school business office during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.


There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.


Tuition is paid through FACTS using autopay and is due on the 5th or the 20th of each month. If the payment is returned, a $50 late fee and a $35 payment return fee is applied to the family FACTS account. After 30 days past due, the child may be automatically withdrawn and a child on the waiting list may be given the child’s position. Re-enrollment will be determined by class availability.


A $5.00 per minute per child fee is charged for late pick up after program closing time. The per-minute fee will increase with continued late pick ups. These times are 12:30 PM for half day and 6:00 PM for full day programs.


There are no deductions or refunds for holidays or child absences.  The total monthly tuition fee is payable each month regardless of number of days in actual attendance unless a vacation credit is requested.


Each family is allowed two weeks vacation credit per school year (August through July).  A pro-rated weekly charge will be computed by taking the yearly tuition divided by 52 weeks. There is a 50% holding fee of the pro-rated weekly tuition charged to retain the child’s position in the program. Vacation credit requests must be made in advance, in writing, to ensure proper credit.
